the special features of our filler
The consistency is like a smooth batter. It spreads easily, ideally with a spatula. You can remove it and move it around, so you can position it just how you want it on your work of art. After drying, the surface retains its absorbent effect. If you apply it a little thicker and expose it to heat, cracks may appear on the surface. The surface can then be further worked on or painted with acrylic paint , aquarylic color , pigments, and much more.filler in combination with our fillers
If the filler has not yet dried, you can work in fillers such as grey flour , iron filings , etc. The more unevenly you do this, the more exciting the result will be. Iron filings that are still visible after drying can also be oxidized afterwards.filler in combination with aquarylic color and chalk paint
Use a painting knife to alternately apply filler and white chalk paint over a large area of your still empty canvas. Use the materials generously and place the two materials next to each other and on top of each other. Make sure you apply both thinner and thicker elements to your canvas. Then let the surface dry for a maximum of 15 minutes. In the meantime, dilute the Aquarylic Color 1:1 with water in a cup. Simply mix the colors with a brush. Prepare a slightly stronger color and a slightly lighter color. Pour this color mixture generously onto your canvas. Pour the two colors next to each other.
TIP: pay attention to the image composition
Now let the whole picture dry, if possible without heat. You can see how the surfaces change. The still wet filler and the chalk paint mix with the Aquarylic Color.
