Two calendars. One December full of color.
Last year there was one. This year there are two.
The Aquarylic Advent Calendar 2026 comes in two independent editions. Each was created with an artist, each bears her signature – in the design on the outside, in the color selection on the inside. They are not variants of each other. They are two different Decembers.
What they share: real product sizes instead of sample packs. Paints from our manufactory in Vorarlberg, vegan and highly pigmented. And doors hiding shades that won’t exist anywhere after the 24th.
The Volane Edition.
Last year, Volane designed the first Aquarylic Advent calendar. This year she goes further.
She designed the calendar inside and out – one continuous winter world that stretches across all 24 drawers. And she didn’t just choose the colors: 15 of the 32 shades were mixed exclusively for this calendar. You won’t find them in any shop – not even ours.
And a detail we love: Volane’s winter world builds itself up again in reverse. Every drawer you’ve opened shows the same picture when you turn it around – just without the number. On the 24th, the complete motif is in front of you, without a single number in it.

The Coloryourlife Edition.

Miriam from Coloryourlife put this calendar together: a full-size color every day, a reason to sit down and paint every day. Her selection is a true basic palette – from Cadmium Yellow and Cobalt Turquoise to Quinacridone Red.
The llama on the front is deliberately a black-and-white sketch – and the drawers carry the same motif in color on their backs. With every door, the picture becomes a little more colorful, until on the 24th the whole llama glows.
Plus her video course: Miriam shows you step by step how exactly these colors become a finished painting. That’s why it’s the calendar that doesn’t stop on the 24th.

What’s inside the Volane Edition?
Both calendars contain only real product sizes – no sample packs. Everything is handmade in our manufactory in Vorarlberg from regional raw materials and is vegan.

Does anything repeat if I get both?
No – we made sure of that. Both shade lists were checked against each other before production and changed wherever a shade would have been repeated. Together that makes 56 different colors.
The paint media differ, too: the Volane Edition contains Chalk Paint, Acrylic Paint and Aquarylic Color in 30, 60 and 120 ml. The Coloryourlife Edition is 30 ml throughout, with Acrylic Paint and Aquarylic Color.

What is the difference between the two calendars?
Both have 24 doors and contain only full-size products. The Volane Edition is her designed winter world – created by her inside and out, with 32 colors, 15 of them special mixes – plus a few extras we only reveal in the spoiler above. The Coloryourlife Edition is made for painting every day: 24 colors as a true basic palette and Miriam’s video course, which uses exactly these colors. Can’t decide? The two complement each other, and no shade is repeated.
When will the calendar ship?
Shipping starts in November, so you’ll have the calendar at home in time for December 1.
Can I give the calendar as a gift?
Yes, that’s what it’s made for. It arrives at your place in November – so you have plenty of time to pass it on or send it as a gift yourself.
What is the Aquarylic Academy, and what does it cost me?
Nothing. Both calendars include a card with a code for one month of free access to the Aquarylic Academy – live calls, compact courses, community and discounts on courses and products. The month is a bonus and is not included in the price.
Is Miriam’s video course included in the price?
Yes. Access comes in two parts inside the calendar – when, stays a surprise. You’ll paint with exactly the colors you’ve opened by then.
Can I return the calendar?
Yes, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. The Advent calendar is excluded from our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
Are the paints vegan?
Yes. All Aquarylic products are vegan, highly pigmented and made in our manufactory in Vorarlberg.
Do you ship the Advent calendar to Switzerland?
We can’t ship directly to Switzerland and Liechtenstein through the shop. But we’ve found a solution for the Advent calendars: just write to us at office@aquarylic.com, and we’ll take care of your order personally.
